Shipping Times Disclaimer:

At PrimeFuel, we aim to provide clear and reliable delivery estimates for every order. Please note that all shipping timeframes shown on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, order processing times, courier delays, customs clearance, and other circumstances outside of our control.

On average, current delivery times are approximately 3 weeks, or around 15 business days.

No Liability for Delivery Delays:

While PrimeFuel makes every reasonable effort to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier network issues, public holidays, weather events, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control.

PrimeFuel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events outside of our direct control.

Customer-Requested Delivery Dates:

If a customer requires an order by a specific date, such as for a holiday, event, birthday, or special occasion, we strongly recommend placing the order well in advance. While we will do our best to process orders efficiently, PrimeFuel cannot guarantee delivery by a requested date and does not accept liability for delays that may prevent an order from arriving on time.

No Refunds for Delayed Deliveries:

If an order does not arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe or by a customer-requested date, PrimeFuel is not required to provide a refund solely due to delivery delays. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times are managed by the courier and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Our priority is to process and fulfil orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays that impact the final delivery timeframe.
