Refunds & Returns Policy

At PrimeFuel, we take pride in providing quality products and aim to ensure every order is packed and processed with care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preference, or unwanted items once an order has been placed.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products.

Change of Mind

PrimeFuel does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where a customer no longer wants the product, has ordered the wrong item, or has changed their personal preference after purchase.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order details before completing checkout.

Delivery Delays

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by courier networks, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of PrimeFuel’s control. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
